Our Governance Structure

The Society’s primary governing body is the ANZSGM Council which, through contribution from its committees and regional divisions, sets our strategic direction and ensures we achieve our objectives as an organisation.

The ANZSGM Council is supported in achieving its objectives by its regional division, committees and groups. Following the annual general meeting each year, the council confirms the appointment of office bearers, committee chairs and membership roles.

The ANZSGM Council

The Council is populated by members who volunteer their time and expertise. Elected by the ANZSGM membership, the Council is responsible for the governance of the ANZSGM, including its directions and performance.
